bigWebApps HelpDesk Pricing
bigWebApps HelpDesk is designed for support teams who are supporting internal issues and managing preventive maintenance items. Internal support teams are typically supporting a specific number of people who work within the company. Thus, the price is based on how many total “customers” you will be supporting in your company (or total number of employees). This pricing structure allows for you to have as many of your total logins to be Technicians or Administrators in your system.

bigWebApps Customer Support Pricing
bigWebApps Customer Support is tailored for support teams who provide support in the traditional sense. This setup is designed to allow multiple external customers to interact with the HelpDesk on a daily basis. This pricing structure allows for you to have as many total logins as you need, but you are limited in the number of Technicians and Administrators in your bigWebApps system.
