| bigWebDesk Add-on Database (Separate depts.) Add on additional fully functional databases to your current bigWebDesk account. This is useful for separating facility maintenance and technology departments into separate databases. You can add as many departments/databases as necessary. This package is a great way to save money by spreading the costs of bigWebDesk over multiple departments' budgets. The cost of the add-on database(s) will be derived from the largest department based on price. Additional departments must be part of the same organization and invoiced together. |

| Remote Assistance Remote Assistance integrates desktop view/control with chat into bigWebDesk. All chat sessions are stored within the appropriate ticket for convenience. There is a free version of Remote Assistance included with your subscription to bigWebDesk. It allows for one concurrent Remote Assistance session with a time limit of 6 minutes. To enable unlimited time you will need to purchase a concurrent license |

| 1000 Additional Assets These are used to increase the amount of assets that can be tracked in bigWebDesk. The base price includes the first 500 assets. You can purchase as many 1000 asset add-ons as you need to cover all your assets. |

| Custom Development bigWebApps can also provide your organization with quotes for custom development of web based applications. These quotes can be for custom changes to the bigWebDesk software or for a completely different web based application. We have much experience in developing, supporting, and delivering web based applications and would love to build a custom application for your organization. |

| Feature Prioritization Charges Prioritization charges occur when organizations request new features to be added to bigWebDesk. Many times these features are already in the bigWebDesk development queue. If a feature is already approved for development your bigWebApps sales rep can provide you with a quote to speed up delivery of your requested feature. If you do not need the feature in a specific timeframe you can wait until the feature is released as scheduled and pay nothing. Due to constant changes in the development queues we are unable to give specific delivery dates on upcoming features. If you must have a specific delivery date you will have enter into a prioritization contract. Prioritization quotes are based on many factors including but not limited to the following: overall usefulness of upgrade in respect to other bigWebDesk clients, current position in the development queue, delivery date for the feature (2 weeks vs. 3 months), current development load, etc. Prioritization contracts start at $1650.00 USD. If the feature your organization is requesting is not currently in the bigWebDesk development queue you will need a customization contract instead of a prioritization contract. |
