Feature Added Transfer a Ticket from one End User to Another
You can now transfer tickets between end users in your system. To turn this on (must be an Admin): 1. Configuration 2. General Options 3. "Allow to Change Ticket End User" - check the box 4. Save & Close To transfer a ticket to another End User: 1. Go to ticket detail page 2. Click the hyperlink "End User" above the person's name 3. Search for the person you would like to transfer to 4. Choose their name from the list

Improved/Changed Custom Fields in Custom Email Notifications
Your local admin now has the option to include the locally created custom fields in the notification emails.
Improved/Changed Optional: Force Ticket to Lowest Sub-Class Available
Your local admin now has the ability to require the person submitting a ticket to choose a Class/Sub-Class down to the lowest level available. When this functionality is turned on, a ticket will not be able to be created with a blank at any class level.
